A.Prof. Nor Aizam Adnan

Remote sensing and GIS analysis particularly, hydrologic-hydraulics geospatial modelling and agriculture geopsatial applications.

Aizam Adnan obtained her Doctor of Philisophy from University of Southampton,
United Kingdom (Geography, 2011), Msc from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Selangor
(Remote Sensing and GIS, 2002) and B.A (Hons.) from Universiti Malaya, Kuala
Lumpur (Geography: Remote Sensing and GIS), 2000). Currently she is senior
lecturer under the Centre of Studies Surveying Science and Geomatics, Faculty
of Architecture Planning and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam,
Selangor. Her main interest is in Remote
Sensing and Geographical Information Science (GIS) and she has published more
than 30 research articles in international and national journals and conference
paper publications related to geospatial hydrological-hydraulics modelling,
remote sensing in agriculture applications and environment aspect. She also
received one Diamond award and 4 gold awards for her participation in several
International Innovation, Invention and Design Competition from her research
activities . It is her interest to help the undergradute and postgraduate
students with her 12 years experience in academics field to polish the student
research skills by co-authoring this book.
