Environmental geochemistry of heavy metals
Research Experience:
I am a professor in College of Chemical Engineering, Huaqiao University, China. My research interest is the environmental geochemistry of heavy metals and some non-metallic elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus, and the ecological risk assessment of toxic contaminants, especially heavy metals, since I got my doctor’s degree in Environmental Science from Northeast Normal University in 2009. I have completed several research projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, and more than 20 graduate students have been trained in my research group. I have published more than 50 research articles on environmental geochemistry of heavy metals in some international journals such as Environmental Science and Technology, Environmental Pollution, Atmospheric Environment, Applied Geochemistry, Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, Journal of hazardous Materials, Environmental monitoring and Assessment, Environmental Geochemistry and Health, and Environmental Engineering and Management Journal. I am a reviewer for some well-known journals such as Environmental Science and Technology, Environmental Pollution, Journal of Environmental management, Science of the Total Environment, and Chemosphere.
