注册费用
一、ACIC 2019接收投稿的费用如下：

| 团队参会不投稿 | 1000RMB/人（三人及以上） |
| 加购论文集 | 500RMB/本 |
*一旦您的论文被SCI期刊或EI论文集接受，我们将立即向您发送录用通知和注册说明。然后您可以按照注册说明注册。
二、注册费用明细
1.ACIC 2019的注册费用是每篇USD450/2800RMB；
2.如果文章的长度超过了6页，那么从第7页算起，每增加一页就增加USD50/300RMB；
3.会议注册费用包括会议论文集、午餐、礼物和参加会议过程中所产生的一切杂费；
4.会议注册费用不包括：
a. 住宿费用
b. 签证费用
c. 交通费用
5.每篇被收稿的文章至少有一名作者要预先注册；
6.在收到您的付款后，组委会将在2-5个工作内审核通过您的注册；
7.如果您由于某些原因不能来参加会议，我们将会把会议论文集和发票邮寄给您。
三、注册提示
以下为您介绍怎样完成注册并解答注册中常遇到的问题。
1.什么时候注册?
请在“会议地点”页面下载参会申请表格，填写后发送到会议邮箱:ACIC2019@163.com。我们将在收到表格后给您发送会议注册表格。
被接收的全文投稿注册后将发表在本次会议论文集中，文章作者可以选择口头报告，作者在收到录用通知之后再完成注册，详尽的注册指导请根据邮件要求办理。
2.怎样付款？
银行/ 网银/支付宝转帐
文章通过录用或已收到参会申请的回复后，将受到会议邮箱发送的账号信息。
3.官方发票
注册成功之后，我们会为您准备发票。发票统一于会议后2周寄出。如果您需要在会前收到发票，我们可以给您电子扫描版也可以为您提前邮寄。（请联系会务组说明）

一、For the publication on conference proceedings:

*We will send you Acceptance Notification and Registration Instruction as soon as your paper was accepted by SCI journal or EI conference proceeding. And then you could register according to the Registration Instruction.
二、Details of the Registration Fees
1. Registration fees for ACIC 2019 Regular is USD 470 / 2800 RMB per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (Begin at Page 7) is USD 50 / 300 RMB.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fee
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
三、Registration Instructions

1.When to register?
Listeners, please download the Listener Form on the "Venue" Page of this conference website, fill the form and send it back to icaeece@163.com. We will send you a registration form.
Full Paper, submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceeding, the author can choose oral presentation, register after you receive the acceptance letter.
2.How to pay?
Bank Transfer
You will get the account information from ACIC2019@163.com after submission paper or Listener Form.
3.The official Receipt of your payment
After the successful registration, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the receipt together with all conference materials at the conference site.
