Research
experience:
I have received the
master’s degree in 2003 from University of Electronic Science and Technology of
China and received the Ph.D. degree in 2009 from Southwest Jiaotong University.
I have worked as a manager
of human resource department of Panzhihua Telecom Co. for many years. And now I
teach and research in management school of Chengdu University of Information
Technology. My main research interests include human resource management,
knowledge management, development of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,
etc.
