Dr
Mukuna Patrick Mubiayi holds a PhD in mechanical engineering science from the
University of Johannesburg, South Africa. His current research focus is on friction
stir spot welding (FSSW), friction stir processing and characterization of
materials using various characterization techniques. Furthermore, he is also
working on the usage of mining wastes in the construction industry. His research
interests include friction stir welding,
friction stir spot welding, and friction stir processing and materials characterization.
He has authored and co-authored numerous publications include journals, book
chapters, conference papers and a book. He is a member of many Technical
Committees and has reviewed many manuscripts for reputable journals.
