Research Experience:
Chi-Chou Kao received a BS in
engineering science from National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, in 1990, and
MS and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from National Cheng-Kung
University, Taiwan, in 1996 and 2002, respectively. Dr. Kao received the
Long-Term Distinguished Paper Award, Acer Foundation, in 2003, and appears in
the 23rd 2006 and 24rd 2007 edition of Who's Who in the World. His research
interests include graph algorithms, combinatorial optimization, and circuit
design. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and
Information Engineering, National University of Tainan, Taiwan.
