Qingsong Liu received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Control Science and Engineering at the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2019. Currently, he is a postdoctoral research fellow at the School of information Science and Engineering, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China.
