Dr. Liu Hao, School of Economics and Management, Shandong Jiaotong University, China
Research Area: human resource, employee turnover, behaviour nonlinear modelling
Liu Hao is a lecturer at School of Economics and Management, Shandong Jiaotong University. He is a committee member for school’s international accreditation application team.
He has completed his PhD at Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah in 2016. In his PhD thesis, he attempted to measure employees’ joying satisfaction by using R for processing PLS-SEM analysis. During his PhD study, he, as well, has been selected for Erasmus Mundus One-More-Step programme 2012; was fully sponsored as a visiting researcher at University of Eastern Finland for six months. He has received his master’s degree in Human Capital Management at Universiti Malaysia Sabah in 2008 and bachelor’s degree in Service Management System at Josai International University, Japan in 2006.
For his academic career, he has worked as a senior lecturer at Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, 2016-2018. He published a quite number of journal articles and conference proceedings, such as

And a few of his conference papers have been awarded as the Best Paper Award. Furthermore, in 2013, he has participated Labuan Corporation research programme, consulting them regarding of how to design the community to be more attractive to the international expatriates.
As an educator, he uses his private time managing a few WeChat official account and Facebook account, uploading video classes, exploring the possibilities of heutagogy. He has been awarded as Universiti Malaysia Sabah Blended Learning Award 2017.
For his practitioner career, he has worked as a manager for Qingdao Nesco Medical Co., Ltd. built up the company’s marketing strategy and constructed the sales network.
