Actually, I offered academic community services at home and abroad in 2015-2018
A. An editor or a supervisor for professional periodicals in Taiwan. I have worked (1) as a final review committee member for MOST Department of International Cooperation and Science Education, Inquiry-Based Research Project, College Student Research Projects, MOST Science Education Project for Learning Disadvantaged Students, and Southbound Project; (2) as a preliminary review committee member for the Medical Education and Science Education Discipline of MOST Department of International Cooperation and Science Education and Department of Humanities and Social Sciences; (3) as an editorial board member for a TSSCI journal－Journal of Research in Education Sciences－and an Associate Editor and executive editor for a B-rank journal－Tsing Hua Journal of Educational Research; (4) as an Editor-in-Chief for a Level-Three journal－Journal of General Education: Concept & Practice; (5) as a reviewer for 12 TSSCI journals; (6) as an evaluation committee member for journal censorship, faculty promotion review, and academic research award.
B. An editor or a supervisor for overseas periodicals. I have served (1) as an editorial board member of IJSE, a SSCI Journal; (2) since 2014, as a reviewer for 21 SSCI journals; and (3) as an evaluation committee member for 11 International conferences.
C. A representative of other academic community specialists. In 2015-2018, I have served twice as a MOST committee member or counselor in 2015; 14 times as the MOE committee member, a final reviewer for the 2015 President Educational Award (Tertiary Section), as an assessment committee member for the 2015 Kaohsiung National Senior High School Principal Selection, as an assessment, advisory, and pilot advisory committee member for the Teaching Excellence Project from 2015 to 2018; 16 times as a local government committee member, which is similar to an assessment committee member for the 2016 Kaohsiung National Senior High School Principal Selection, and as an evaluation committee member for the 2016 private junior high and public senior high schools; (5) 12 times as a school committee member; once as a committee member for other events, like the 2017 World Contest of Lego Mech.; (6) 38 times as a NSYSU committee member.
D. An on/off-campus academic speech deliverer. Over the last three years, I have been invited to give 43 speeches by several educational institutions, such as the 2015 Kaohsiung Elementary School Evaluation Committee Enhancement Seminar and the Workshop on “Dialogue on Gender, Science, and Technology,” held by National Kaohsiung Normal University.

洪瑞兒特聘教授，現任國立中山大學特聘教授兼教育研究所所長兼師資培育中心主任。洪特聘教授教學榮譽事蹟包括：國立中山大學97學年度全校優良導師獎、100學年度中山大學教學傑出獎、102~106年度中山大學教學傳授教師(獎)與領航教師(獎)、共計21門通識課程榮獲國立中山大學「校級學士班教學優良課程」、榮獲中華民國通識教育學會第一屆典範通識教師獎。研究榮譽事蹟包括：科技部 103 年度傑出研究獎、連續六年榮獲中山大學頒發學術研究類特聘教授、擔任科技部研究計畫主持人達20件、教育部暨公營機構專題研究11件，發表SSCI、TSSCI期刊論文、中英文專書(專章)暨專書達60餘種等。並曾赴美國明尼蘇達大學、北卡羅納大學、澳洲教會大學等擔任訪問學者。洪特聘教授曾擔任國立中山大學學務長、教學發展中心主任、連續擔任六屆總統教育獎大專組實地訪評複審委員、永齡臺灣希望小學中山分校弱勢學童課輔計畫專案負責人、澳洲Curtin University外部評鑑委員等。在學術編審經歷上包括：《通識學刊：理念與實務》總編輯、清華教育學刊副總編輯及責任編輯、International Journal of
Science Education (SSCI期刊) 、教育科學研究期刊(TSSCI期刊)等編審委員，12個TSSCI期刊審查委員、21個SSCI期刊審查者、科技部人文司科學教育學門複審委員、台灣教育學會副理事長、中華民國第十屆通識教育學會理事等。
