Research Experience:
Dr.Chen, I-Chi is the Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business and Finance, University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia. She obtained her Mast of Science in Taipei Medical University, Taiwan in 2001. Her PhD in Organizational Management, Yuan Ze University, Taiwan in 2010. Currently, she is the Assistant Professor and Deputy Director of Division of Community and International Networking at UTAR. She is actively involving in research covering the areas of organizational culture, coaching, patient safety culture and healthcare marketing.
